I am a Roman Catholic priest, but before going into the seminary in 1990 I was a UNIX Systems Administrator for an aerospace company.   While in the seminary I worked summers as a UNIX Sysadmin for Apple Computer.   I am presently administrator of a small (500 family) parish in Richmond California.   I have been going to conventions since 1975 (Westercon).   I was Events Head at ConJose in 2002.   I am a costumer and have been part of several award-winning costume groups, most recently FuturIkons at Noreascon 4.   I have worked as a masquerade catcher since 1982.   I like bad SF/Horror movies,  Serenity/Firefly,  Babylon 5,  Tolkien.   I am interested in film special effects, minatures, and stop-motion animation.   I am an amateur magician and member of the Fellowship of Christian Magicians.   I am a member of the Autism Society of America, The International Rett Syndrome Association, and the Silicon Web Costumer's Guild.
