James Stanley Daugherty is a camera artist, conrunner, and dilettante. Internationally known for his distinctive figurative work, this award winning artist continually pushes the boundaries of reality with his camera. James has also worked as an archaeologist, postman, technical writer, lab technician, librarian, cat breeder, and international investor. He enjoys excursions into ruined abbeys, ancient temples, and Tiki bars. He holds a Master of Philosophy degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand and a Master of Fine Arts from the Art Academy of San Francisco.   His current projects involve photographing naked women in the jungle.
