Cathy Beckstead, a software support specialist for a billing company in the fitness industry, has been involved with conventions for almost 15 years, doing everything from Registration to Programming.   Cathy divides her spare time between fandom and theatre, having done over 25 major musicals in about as many years, and started her interest in fencing after working on The Pirates of Penzance.   As a board member and past president of the Los Angeles Science Fantasy Society, Cathy has that unique ability so necessary in fandom - to herd cats.
