Dennis Fischer is the author of Science Fiction Film Directors and Horror Film Directors.   He has worked as a film journalist since the “80s, specializing in genre material, and is a life-long science fiction and horror fan.   He worked as an educator (including teaching classes on film and on science fiction) and has a master’s in English.
