William "Wolf" Foss is a Disaster Preparedness Specialist who teaches disaster preparedness and emergency response for Zee Medical, a division of the McKesson Corporation.   His background includes being an L.A County EMT and a Lieutenant in the Torrance Fire Department's CERT team of Community Emergency Response.   He also is a writer, storyteller and long-time SF and SciCon fan, as well as a past co-Chair of Loscon with his brother Rick.
