Dennis Mallonee is the president of Heroic Publishing Inc. and past editor/publisher of the much-missed illustrated fiction magazine,  Fantasy Book.   He also has an economics degree from Caltech, and does quite a lot of database access programming for web-based businesses (new clients welcome).   A new line of high-quality, full-color comic books featuring FLARE and other characters from Heroic Publishing’s League of Champions made its debut in comic book stores October 13.   And if the comics are back, can Fantasy Book be far behind?
