Richard Foss is a journalist, editor, restaurant critic, and book reviewer whose short fiction has appeared in Analog Magazine and several SF anthologies. He is on the Board of the Culinary Historians of Southern California, an occasional lecturer in Elizabethan history and theater, and the Operations Manager for a boutique luxury hotel in Manhattan Beach. He has been intermittently involved in fandom for twenty years, and has been Secretary, Program Chairman, and a Board Member for the LASFS, and both Program Chair and Chairman of Loscon.
