There are many opportunities to advertising both at Loscon 34 and by joining us in our advertising campaign pre-con.   Choose to advertise on this website or sponsor various activities at the convention.   If you have fliers or other promotional material that you wish set out at the convention itself we will accepted them at the address provided below.   Please send them to arrive at least two weeks before the convention dates.   Other advertising opportunities include sponsoring a guest or an event, providing prizes for our riddle quests, or advertising on our registration bags.   E-mail the convention chair at  chair34@loscon.org  to negotiate the details of such options or to propose your own idea.   After e-mailing us about your advertising desires, we will send you an invoice and payment information.

Website Advertising
All Loscon 34 Dealers are listed on the dealer’s page on the Loscon 34 Website with a link to their website (if provided on the Dealer Room Contract form).   A limited description will be posted based on the type of merchandise listed on the Dealer Room Contract.   Additional information like a logo (in jpg format) and longer description can be added on the dealer room page for a small fee.   These details must be e-mailed directly to  webmaster@loscon.org.   An alternative is the addition of a banner ad.   A banner ad on the link page on the main Loscon link page or Loscon 34 link page is also available for the same small fee.   The fee is per location.   Indicate when ordering which location you prefer.   Dealer status is not needed to get an ad placed in these locations.   Acceptance of ads are based on juried relevance to the LosCon community.
